THE SMALL BUSINESS OWNER
![]()
Before I came to EMG, I was actually a merchant. I owned a little furniture store and a representative from EMG (I can still remember, his name was Brad) came in and signed me up. I was with EMG until I sold my store. I always liked EMG and what they stood for. The customer service was amazing (which in this industry is a rare thing) and I really liked having a local rep. Because of my previous experiences, I decided to work for EMG. My experiences inside the company were no different than they were from the outside. I can easily say that I’ve never worked for a company that cared more for its people than EMG does. I’ve had the opportunity to work out of two different offices and grow my skills and confidence more than I thought possible. EMG has really helped me to realize my dreams by giving me the chance to earn what I was worth, and helping me to see that my only limits are the ones that I impose on myself.

THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
![]()
Before EMG, I worked as a Marketing Director. I found EMG through the local newspaper and started as a representative in the Sacramento office. From there I worked hard to build a residual of $3,000 per month before I was promoted into management. My career at EMG has changed my life and my family’s life in a very profound way. The income I have been able to build at EMG has given me the ability to own a home, send my children to better schools, and invest financially in our future. My dream was always to have the peace of mind that my children would have opportunity and security. EMG and hard work have given us those things. Even as a college graduate, a six-figure income is not something most people will ever be given the tools and opportunity to obtain. It’s not about the money, but the life it creates. At EMG, I not only get to build that life, but enjoy it thanks to the flexibility our job affords. In addition, EMG has enabled me to grow as a professional. I have been able to take what was only ambition and some raw talent and turn it into a professional career. My confidence, skills, and professionalism have grown dramatically due to the mentorship that the leaders at EMG have provided. I am quite sure no other company would invest so much in their employees.

THE WATER REPAIR GUY
![]()
Before EMG, I worked as a repairman at a water company. I found EMG through a family member who was working for the company. I started as a representative in the Portland office. From there, I worked hard to build a residual of $2,000 before I was promoted to management. EMG gave me the opportunity to learn what it meant to take no shortcuts in life. Up to that point, I’d been able to be successful on partial effort. It was rewarding to be a place that pushed me further than I could do on my own. I now understand that only when we’re uncomfortable and pushed out of our comfort levels do we truly grow and reap benefits. I was able to develop social and professional skills through responsibilities entrusted to me by the company. The financial benefits from being at EMG have allowed our family to do things that we wouldn’t have been able to do if I worked elsewhere. We have purchased several homes, lived debt-free, prepared for retirement and our children’s education, and been able to help family and friends in difficult situations. Employment at EMG is not a “get rich quick” job or a “pie in the sky” advertisement; it is hard work in a structured and supportive environment which will pay you back in many ways.

THE MAKEUP COUNTER GIRL
![]()
Before working for EMG, I worked the makeup counter at a local department store. One day, my husband suggested that I check out a local company that was opening an office in our area. I’ve never done direct sales before, but I figured that it would be very similar to what I did at the store. So I called, and (the local manager) asked me to come in. 7 years later, I make more money than my husband and he’s taking care of our children full-time while mom ‘brings home the bacon.’

THE TOILET PAPER SALESWOMAN
![]()
I was a sales rep for firm that sold paper products and was pretty good at it; everyone needs toilet paper, right? I was contacted by EMG through a job website and offered an appointment to speak to the local manager. I was hesitant to work strictly on commission, and was concerned that getting a decent paycheck was going to be a challenge. But after just 8 days, I was able to land a deal that paid me $825.00 in commissions, which was more than I did in two weeks in my old job- I was sold! After getting that first deal, I’ve been building my residuals and commissions gradually. Today, I’m up to over $1,500.00 per month in residuals alone, and that’s after only 3 months with the company. I have more than doubled my income, and I’m learning more about the industry every day and improving my closing skills.

THE TELEMARKETING PRO
![]()
Before EMG, I worked as a telemarketer. I found EMG through a newspaper ad and started as a rep in the Bellevue/Seattle office. From there, I worked hard to build a residual income of over $54,000.00 annually before I was promoted to management. EMG has given me freedom financially. It’s given me the ability to allow my wife to be a stay-at-home mom. Working here has allowed us to take awesome vacations and live almost a full, stress-free life!
